Teknisi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Listrik (Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Technician)

Teknisi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Listrik (Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Technician) is an official certification programme delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 12 of 2015 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Electrical Systems in the Workplace. The programme prepares technical personnel to implement occupational safety requirements for electrical installations, inspection, operation, and maintenance activities.

Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Technicians are professional electrical personnel appointed by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower or its authorised representatives to ensure compliance with electrical safety requirements. The programme develops competence in electrical hazard identification, safe installation and maintenance practices, inspection, emergency response, and regulatory compliance across electrical power generation, transmission, distribution, and utilisation systems.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This programme is intended for Indonesian technical personnel responsible for electrical systems and workplace electrical safety, including:

• Electrical technicians
• Electrical engineers
• Electrical maintenance supervisors
• Utilities personnel
• HSE personnel responsible for electrical safety
• Personnel requiring Kemnaker RI Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Technician certification.

This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 12 of 2015 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Electrical Systems in the Workplace.

The programme is delivered over eight days using a blended learning format consisting of seven days of online instruction followed by one day of practical classroom activities. The programme is available for in-house delivery.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Identify and control electrical hazards.
• Inspect electrical installations and associated equipment.
• Apply emergency response procedures and first aid principles for electrical incidents.
• Comply with Indonesian electrical occupational safety legislation.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience, or Diploma III (D3) with a minimum of four years’ relevant experience.
• Recent passport photographs as specified.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Android device or laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Signed Integrity Pact.

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Technician Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Technician Qualification Card.
