Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Listrik (Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Expert)

Ahli Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Listrik (Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Expert) is an official certification programme delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 12 of 2015 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Electrical Systems in the Workplace. The programme prepares professionals to plan, develop, supervise, and evaluate occupational safety and health systems for electrical installations and operations.

Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Experts are appointed by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower or its authorised representatives to ensure compliance with electrical safety legislation. They are responsible for planning, installation, operation, modification, maintenance, inspection, and testing of electrical systems. Under Indonesian regulations, organisations operating electrical generation facilities exceeding 200 kVA are required to employ an Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Expert.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This programme is intended for Indonesian professionals responsible for managing electrical safety within their organisations, including:

• Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Experts
• Electrical Engineers
• Electrical Supervisors
• Maintenance Managers
• HSE Managers
• Personnel responsible for electrical regulatory compliance.

This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 12 of 2015 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Electrical Systems in the Workplace.

The programme is delivered over 18 days using a blended learning format consisting of 15 days of classroom instruction and three days of online learning. The programme is available for in-house delivery.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Implement and supervise occupational safety and health requirements for electrical systems.
• Plan electrical installations and associated equipment in accordance with applicable safety standards.
• Supervise installation, operation, modification, maintenance, inspection, and testing activities.
• Identify and control electrical hazards.
• Integrate electrical safety into Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems (SMK3).
• Investigate and report electrical workplace incidents.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree (S1) with a minimum of two years’ relevant experience, or Diploma III (D3) with a minimum of four years’ relevant experience.
• Recent passport photographs as specified.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Android device or laptop with a stable internet connection.
• Signed Integrity Pact.

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Expert Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• Electrical Occupational Safety and Health Expert Qualification Card.
