Operator Forklift Kelas I (Class I Forklift Operator)

Overview
Operator Forklift Kelas I (Class I Forklift Operator) is an official certification programme delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI). The programme prepares operators with the knowledge, practical skills and professional responsibilities required to safely operate forklifts with lifting capacities exceeding 15 tonnes.
Forklifts are among the most widely used material handling equipment in industrial workplaces. Improper operation can result in serious injuries, damage to property, and costly workplace incidents. This programme develops competence in safe forklift operation, load handling, stability principles, daily inspections, and hazard control to support safe and productive material handling operations.
Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

Regulatory Requirements
This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesian occupational safety legislation governing lifting and transport equipment operators, including Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970, Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. PER.05/MEN/1985, and Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. PER.09/MEN/2010.
Course Delivery
The programme is delivered over four days and is available through either blended learning (three days online followed by one practical day) or full classroom delivery. Training may be delivered as a public course or as an in-house programme depending on organisational requirements.

Participant Requirements
- Indonesian citizen.
- Minimum senior high school (SLTA) qualification.
- Minimum three years of relevant industry experience.
- Laptop or Android device with a stable internet connection (blended learning only).
- Recent passport photographs as specified.
- Valid medical certificate.
- Employment verification letter.
- Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
- Signed Integrity Pact.
Certificate
Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:
- PT Samson Tiara Class I Forklift Operator Certificate.
- Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Operator Licence (SIO).
- Operator Qualification Card.
