HSE Leadership

HSE Leadership is a PT Samson Tiara certified course designed to provide delegates with an outline of their personal and organisational duties and responsibilities under health and safety legislation. The course also helps delegates identify strategies for developing best practice in the implementation of health and safety programmes.

The course is suitable for senior managers, supervisors, and other personnel who may have responsibility for health and safety at work or who act as key decision makers within the organisation.

Training focuses on the business drivers for improving health, safety, and environment standards, the legal system in Indonesia as it applies to health and safety at work, the importance of leadership in implementing HSE programmes, and the core actions required to plan, deliver, monitor, and review health and safety programmes.

This course is intended for personnel who influence, manage, or make decisions relating to health, safety, and environment performance within an organisation, including:

• Senior managers
• Supervisors
• Department heads
• Operational managers
• HSE managers and coordinators
• Personnel with responsibility for workplace health and safety
• Key decision makers involved in HSE programme implementation

The course is delivered over 1 day. Training is available at PT Samson Tiara’s Cilegon and Jakarta facilities, or on-site at the client’s location.

If the course is conducted on-site, the client should provide a classroom or other suitable quiet area with chairs, desks, whiteboard, and overhead projector.
