Teknisi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Perancah (Scaffolding Occupational Safety and Health Technician)

Teknisi Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja Perancah (Scaffolding Occupational Safety and Health Technician) is an official certification programme designed to prepare competent personnel to plan, supervise, inspect, erect, and dismantle scaffolding safely in accordance with Indonesian occupational safety legislation.

The programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesia’s Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970, Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. PER.01/MEN/1980 concerning Occupational Safety and Health in Building Construction, together with the relevant joint regulations governing construction safety. Participants develop the competence required to ensure scaffolding operations are planned and executed safely throughout the entire scaffold lifecycle.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel responsible for scaffolding operations, including:

• Scaffolding Occupational Safety and Health Technicians
• Scaffolders
• Scaffolding Supervisors
• Construction Supervisors
• HSE personnel
• Personnel responsible for scaffold inspection and supervision.

This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesia’s Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970, Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. PER.01/MEN/1980 concerning Occupational Safety and Health in Building Construction, together with the applicable Indonesian construction safety regulations.

The programme is delivered over four days through full classroom delivery. Training combines classroom instruction, practical scaffold erection and dismantling exercises, inspections, and competency assessment.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Apply Indonesian occupational safety requirements for scaffolding work.
• Plan scaffold erection in accordance with recognised safety standards.
• Safely erect and dismantle scaffolding.
• Inspect and supervise scaffolding throughout its service life.
• Assess scaffold loading and structural stability.
• Identify hazards and implement appropriate risk control measures.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum senior high school qualification (SMA) or equivalent.
• Recent passport photographs as specified.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Signed Integrity Pact.

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara / Survival Systems Asia Scaffolding Occupational Safety and Health Technician Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• Scaffolding Occupational Safety and Health Technician Qualification Card.
