Petugas K3 Penyelamat Ruang Terbatas (Confined Space Rescue Officer)

Petugas K3 Penyelamat Ruang Terbatas (Confined Space Rescue Officer) is an official certification programme delivered in accordance with the requirements of the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI). The programme satisfies the competency requirements established under Director General Decree KEP.113/DJPPK/IX/2006 for Occupational Safety and Health Confined Space Rescue Officers.

The course prepares participants to safely perform rescue duties associated with confined space work, including permit-to-work systems, hazard recognition, emergency communications, self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA), first aid, rescue techniques, and casualty evacuation.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel designated to perform confined space rescue duties, including:

• Confined Space Rescue Officers
• HSE personnel
• Confined space supervisors
• Emergency response team members
• Industrial rescue personnel
• Personnel responsible for confined space emergency preparedness.

This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower competency requirements established under KEP.113/DJPPK/IX/2006 for Confined Space Rescue Officers.

The programme is delivered over three days and is available through either blended learning or full classroom delivery. Training combines classroom instruction with practical rescue exercises, SCBA training, emergency response drills, and competency assessment.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Apply occupational safety requirements for confined space work.
• Implement confined space permit-to-work systems.
• Develop and implement emergency response procedures.
• Use personal protective equipment and SCBA correctly.
• Provide first aid during confined space emergencies.
• Perform safe confined space rescue and casualty evacuation techniques.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum senior high school qualification (SMU) or equivalent.
• Minimum two years’ confined space work experience.
• Laptop or Android device with a stable internet connection (blended learning only).
• Recent passport photographs as specified.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Signed Integrity Pact.

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara Confined Space Rescue Officer Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• Confined Space Rescue Officer Qualification Card.
