Overview
First Aid Level 2 is a PT Samson Tiara certified intermediate first aid course designed to provide more comprehensive training for individuals who may encounter a wider range of emergency situations. This two-day course includes the content of First Aid Level 1 / Basic First Aid and adds intermediate first aid techniques and additional medical emergency management topics.
The course is suitable for participants who require more in-depth first aid knowledge and practical capability, but who do not need to complete Level 1 separately before attending. Training covers the role of the first aider, CPR, choking, recovery position, bleeding and wounds, sprains and strains, burns, shock, fainting, unconsciousness, dislocations, fractures, head and spinal injuries, poisoning, stings and bites, heat stress, hypothermia, eye injuries, simulations, and practical assessment.
The course is designed to help delegates recognise emergency conditions, apply appropriate first aid responses within the scope of their training, and support effective reporting and recording of first aid incidents.

Course Delivery
The course is delivered over 2 days through classroom-based training. Training is available at PT Samson Tiara’s Cilegon training facility or as an in-house programme.
Training includes classroom instruction, practical exercises, simulations using first-aid equipment, and practical assessment.

Assessment
Delegates are required to complete the practical assessment and meet the required performance standards in order to receive certification.
Certificate
Delegates who successfully complete the course and meet the required performance standards will receive:
- PT Samson Tiara First Aid Level 2 certificate.
- Laminated wallet course qualification card.
