Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker RI) certification preparing personnel to perform the duties of a licensed Workplace First Aid Officer in accordance with Indonesian occupational safety legislation.
Overview
Petugas Pertolongan Pertama Pada Kecelakaan (Workplace First Aid Officer) is an official certification programme delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008 concerning First Aid in the Workplace. The programme prepares personnel to provide immediate, effective, and safe first aid to injured or ill persons in the workplace until professional medical assistance becomes available.
Under this regulation, designated Workplace First Aid Officers are required to hold an official licence and first aid activity record book issued by the relevant labour authority. The programme develops competence in casualty assessment, emergency first aid, cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), management of workplace injuries and sudden illnesses, and safe casualty evacuation.
Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

- Personnel nominated to provide workplace first aid.
Regulatory Requirements
This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. PER.15/MEN/VIII/2008 concerning First Aid in the Workplace and supports compliance with Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970.
Course Delivery
The programme is delivered over three days and is available through either blended learning or full classroom delivery. Training combines classroom instruction with practical first aid exercises and competency assessment.

Participant Requirements
- Indonesian citizen.
- Minimum senior high school qualification (SMU) or equivalent.
- Recent photograph with red background.
- Valid medical certificate.
- Employment verification letter.
- Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
- Laptop or Android device with a stable internet connection (blended learning only).
- Signed declaration confirming attendance for the complete blended learning programme (blended learning only).
Certificate
Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:
- PT Samson Tiara Workplace First Aid Officer (P3K) Certificate.
- Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
- Workplace First Aid Officer Qualification Card.
