Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi Tingkat 1 (High-Rise Building Worker Level 1)

Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi Tingkat 1 (High-Rise Building Worker Level 1) is an official certification programme delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 9 of 2016 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Work at Height. This entry-level programme is intended for personnel who work at height on fixed and/or temporary work platforms.

The course provides participants with the basic knowledge and practical skills required to work safely at height, including the use of ladders, platforms, gondolas, scaffolding, collective fall protection, and work restraint systems. The programme is suitable for routine work at height activities performed under direct supervision using appropriate fall protection controls.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel who work at height on fixed or temporary work platforms, including:

• High-Rise Building Worker Level 1 personnel
• High-rise building cleaning workers
• Construction workers using scaffolding or work platforms
• Personnel using gondolas or access platforms
• Building installation technicians, including AC, communication tower, and similar installation work
• Personnel performing supervised work at height activities.

This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 9 of 2016 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Work at Height.

The programme is delivered over one day through full classroom delivery. Training combines classroom instruction, practical ladder-use exercises, and competency assessment.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Understand Indonesian safety regulations for work at height.
• Apply basic occupational safety principles for work at height.
• Recognise fixed and temporary work platform characteristics.
• Use collective fall prevention, collective fall arrest, and work restraint systems appropriately.
• Understand fall factor principles and their application to work at height.
• Use ladders safely to access and leave work platforms.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum elementary school qualification (SD) or equivalent.
• Recent passport photographs as specified.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Signed Integrity Pact.

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara High-Rise Building Worker Level 1 Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• High-Rise Building Worker Level 1 Qualification Card.
