Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi Tingkat 2 (High-Rise Building Worker Level 2)

Tenaga Kerja Bangunan Tinggi Tingkat 2 (High-Rise Building Worker Level 2) is an official certification programme delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 9 of 2016 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Work at Height. This advanced programme is intended for personnel who work at height on fixed and/or temporary work platforms and who are required to move horizontally or vertically on building structures.

The course develops the knowledge and practical skills required for more complex work at height activities, including work on inclined surfaces, movement on structural elements, use of fall prevention and fall arrest systems, raising and lowering materials using pulley systems, and emergency response.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel who perform more complex work at height activities, including:

• High-Rise Building Worker Level 2 personnel
• High-rise building cleaning workers
• Construction workers using scaffolding or work platforms
• Personnel using gondolas or access platforms
• Building installation technicians, including AC, communication tower, and similar installation work
• Personnel moving horizontally or vertically on building structures
• Personnel working on inclined structures or inclined work positions.

This programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. 9 of 2016 concerning Occupational Safety and Health for Work at Height.

The programme is delivered over four days and is available through either blended learning or full classroom delivery. Training combines classroom instruction, practical exercises, simulations, and competency assessment.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Understand the risks associated with more complex work at height activities.
• Work safely on fixed and/or temporary work platforms.
• Move horizontally or vertically on building structures to access or leave work areas.
• Work safely on inclined structures and inclined work positions.
• Use fall prevention, collective fall arrest, and work restraint systems appropriately.
• Raise and lower materials using pulley systems.
• Provide emergency assistance during work at height incidents.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum elementary school qualification (SD) or equivalent.
• Laptop with a stable internet connection (blended learning only).
• Recent passport photographs as specified.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Signed Integrity Pact.

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara High-Rise Building Worker Level 2 Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• High-Rise Building Worker Level 2 Qualification Card.
