Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat C / Regu Penanggulangan Kebakaran (Fire Response Team Member)

Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat C / Regu Penanggulangan Kebakaran (Fire Response Team Member) is an official certification programme designed to prepare competent personnel to serve as members of workplace fire response teams. The programme develops the knowledge and skills required to inspect and maintain fire prevention and protection facilities, perform advanced firefighting, support rescue activities, and provide first aid during fire emergencies.

The programme is delivered in accordance with Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999 concerning Workplace Fire Prevention and Response Units, which requires employers to prevent, reduce, and extinguish fires in the workplace through the establishment of fire response units, training, and emergency drills.

Within the workplace fire response unit structure, Regu Penanggulangan Kebakaran is the operational fire response team level responsible for structured firefighting and emergency response activities.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

Kemnaker firefighter training is structured according to roles and responsibilities within workplace fire response units:

• Firefighter Level D / Workplace Fire Warden: entry-level personnel responsible for fire prevention, initial fire response, evacuation, and basic scene control.
• Firefighter Level C / Fire Response Team Member: fire team personnel responsible for more structured fire response activities.
• Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator: personnel responsible for coordinating and supervising workplace fire response units.
• Firefighter Level A / Fire Safety Specialist: technical specialist responsible for workplace fire prevention and response systems.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel appointed as members of workplace fire response teams, including:

• Fire Response Team Members
• Workplace firefighting team members
• Emergency response team members
• HSE personnel
• Security personnel
• Area supervisors
• Operational personnel with fire response responsibilities.

This programme supports company obligations to establish workplace fire response units, conduct fire response training, and perform emergency preparedness drills in accordance with Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999.

The programme is delivered over six days through classroom delivery. Training is available at Cilegon or as an in-house programme.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Inspect and maintain fire prevention and protection facilities.
• Carry out advanced firefighting safely and in a coordinated manner.
• Support rescue activities during fire emergencies.
• Provide first aid during emergency situations.
• Understand fire detection, alarm, extinguishers, hydrants, sprinklers, and other fire protection systems.
• Implement workplace fire emergency response procedures.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Valid Petugas Peran Kebakaran / Firefighter Level D certificate.
• Minimum senior high school qualification (SLTA) or equivalent.
• Recent photograph with a red background.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara Fire Response Team Member / Firefighter Level C Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• Fire Response Team Member Qualification Card.
