Paket Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat D-C-B (Firefighter Levels D, C and B Package)

Paket Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat D-C-B (Firefighter Levels D, C and B Package) is a combined certification programme covering Firefighter Level D / Workplace Fire Warden, Firefighter Level C / Fire Response Team Member, and Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator in one integrated training pathway. The programme is designed to prepare personnel assigned as fire response unit coordinators or core members of workplace fire response units.

The course develops competencies from basic fire prevention, initial response, evacuation, advanced firefighting, rescue support, and first aid through to fire team leadership, emergency response planning, system inspection, incident reporting, and coordination of workplace fire response activities.

The programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesia’s Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970 and Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999 concerning Workplace Fire Prevention and Response Units.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification package intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This package covers three competency levels within the workplace fire response unit structure:

• Firefighter Level D / Workplace Fire Warden: entry-level personnel who support fire prevention, initial fire response, evacuation, initial coordination, and fire scene control.
• Firefighter Level C / Fire Response Team Member: fire team personnel responsible for structured fire response activities, including inspection of fire protection facilities, advanced firefighting, rescue support, and first aid.
• Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator: unit coordinators responsible for leading fire teams, developing work programmes, managing emergency response systems, and proposing fire response resources and facilities to management.

Kemnaker firefighter training is structured according to roles and responsibilities within workplace fire response units:

• Firefighter Level D / Workplace Fire Warden: entry-level personnel responsible for fire prevention, initial fire response, evacuation, and basic scene control.
• Firefighter Level C / Fire Response Team Member: fire team personnel responsible for more structured fire response activities.
• Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator: personnel responsible for coordinating and supervising workplace fire response units.
• Firefighter Level A / Fire Safety Specialist: technical specialist responsible for workplace fire prevention and response systems.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel who will be appointed as Fire Response Unit Coordinators or core members of workplace fire response units, including:

• Fire Response Unit Coordinators
• Workplace Fire Wardens
• Fire Response Team Members
• Fire Team Leaders
• Emergency Response Team Coordinators
• HSE personnel
• Area supervisors
• Personnel responsible for fire protection resources and fire emergency response management.

This programme supports company obligations to establish workplace fire response units, conduct fire response training, perform emergency preparedness drills, and manage workplace fire prevention and response systems in accordance with Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999.

The programme is delivered over 14 days and is available through either classroom delivery or blended learning combining online and classroom instruction. Training is available at Cilegon or as an in-house programme.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Carry out initial fire suppression during the early stage of a fire.
• Inspect and maintain fire prevention and protection facilities.
• Carry out advanced firefighting using portable extinguishers and hydrants.
• Direct safe evacuation of people and/or materials.
• Support rescue activities and provide first aid to casualties.
• Coordinate with internal personnel and relevant external authorities.
• Secure the fire scene in accordance with workplace procedures.
• Lead fire response teams before assistance from authorised external agencies arrives.
• Develop workplace fire prevention and response programmes.
• Propose budgets, equipment, and facilities required for workplace fire response to company management.

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara Fire Response Unit Coordinator / Firefighter Level B Certificate.
