Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat D / Petugas Peran Kebakaran (Workplace Fire Warden)

Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat D / Petugas Peran Kebakaran (Workplace Fire Warden) is an official certification programme designed to provide participants with fundamental knowledge of workplace fire prevention and fire response. The programme prepares designated personnel to support fire prevention, initial fire suppression, evacuation, emergency coordination, and fire scene control within the workplace.

The programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesia’s Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970, Ministry of Manpower Regulation No. PER.04/MEN/1980 concerning portable fire extinguishers, and Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999 concerning Workplace Fire Prevention and Response Units.

Within the workplace fire response unit structure, Petugas Peran Kebakaran is the entry-level role responsible for supporting fire prevention activities and taking initial action during the early stages of a fire.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

Kemnaker firefighter training is structured according to roles and responsibilities within workplace fire response units:

• Firefighter Level D / Workplace Fire Warden: entry-level personnel responsible for fire prevention, initial fire response, evacuation, and basic scene control.
• Firefighter Level C / Fire Response Team Member: fire team personnel responsible for more structured fire response activities.
• Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator: personnel responsible for coordinating and supervising workplace fire response units.
• Firefighter Level A / Fire Safety Specialist: technical specialist responsible for workplace fire prevention and response systems.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel appointed as Workplace Fire Wardens or members of workplace fire response units, including:

• Workplace Fire Wardens
• Emergency response team members
• HSE personnel
• Area supervisors
• Security personnel
• Operational personnel appointed to support workplace fire prevention and response.

This programme supports company obligations to establish workplace fire response units, conduct fire response training, and perform emergency preparedness drills in accordance with Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999.

The programme is delivered over three days and is available through either classroom delivery or blended learning combining online and classroom instruction. Training is available at Cilegon or as an in-house programme.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Understand the importance of fire prevention as the primary priority.
• Identify workplace fire hazards.
• Carry out initial fire suppression during the early stage of a fire.
• Assist with safe evacuation of people and/or materials.
• Coordinate with internal personnel and relevant external authorities.
• Secure the fire scene in accordance with workplace procedures.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Minimum junior secondary school qualification (SLTP) or equivalent.
• Recent photograph with a red background.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).
• Android device or laptop with a stable internet connection (blended learning only).
• Signed Integrity Pact (blended learning only).

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara Workplace Fire Warden / Firefighter Level D Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• Workplace Fire Warden Qualification Card.
