Paket Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat B-A (Firefighter Levels B and A Package)

Paket Pemadam Kebakaran Tingkat B-A (Firefighter Levels B and A Package) is a combined certification programme covering Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator and Firefighter Level A / Fire Safety Specialist in one integrated training pathway. The programme is designed for participants who already hold Firefighter Level D and Level C certification and are progressing into coordinator and technical specialist responsibilities.

The course develops competence in fire response unit coordination, emergency response planning, fire team leadership, fire risk assessment, fire protection system design and evaluation, internal fire audits, fire incident analysis, and technical recommendations for workplace fire prevention and response systems.

The programme is suitable for Safety Managers, Safety Supervisors, Technical Managers, Building Managers, Fire/Safety Inspectors, Fire Engineers, Risk Managers, and other personnel responsible for workplace fire response coordination, fire protection systems, and fire safety system evaluation.

The programme is delivered in accordance with Indonesia’s Occupational Safety Act No. 1 of 1970 and Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999 concerning Workplace Fire Prevention and Response Units.

Please note: This is an Indonesian government certification package intended for Indonesian nationals and other personnel who meet the participant eligibility requirements established under Indonesian regulations.

This package covers two competency levels within the workplace fire response unit structure:

• Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator: unit coordinators responsible for leading fire teams, developing work programmes, managing emergency response systems, and proposing fire response resources and facilities to management.
• Firefighter Level A / Fire Safety Specialist: technical specialists responsible for fire risk assessment, fire protection system design and evaluation, internal fire audits, and technical recommendations.

Kemnaker firefighter training is structured according to roles and responsibilities within workplace fire response units:

• Firefighter Level D / Workplace Fire Warden: entry-level personnel responsible for fire prevention, initial fire response, evacuation, and basic scene control.
• Firefighter Level C / Fire Response Team Member: fire team personnel responsible for more structured fire response activities.
• Firefighter Level B / Fire Response Unit Coordinator: personnel responsible for coordinating and supervising workplace fire response units.
• Firefighter Level A / Fire Safety Specialist: technical specialist responsible for workplace fire prevention and response systems.

This programme is intended for Indonesian personnel who already hold Firefighter Level D and Level C certification and are progressing to Fire Response Unit Coordinator and Fire Safety Specialist roles, including:

This programme supports company obligations to establish workplace fire response units, conduct fire response training, perform emergency preparedness drills, manage emergency response systems, and appoint a technical person responsible for workplace fire prevention and response in accordance with Minister of Manpower Decree No. KEP.186/MEN/1999.

The programme is delivered over 14 days through classroom delivery. Training is available at Cilegon or as an in-house programme.

Upon successful completion participants will be able to:

• Assess fire risk levels and minimise potential losses.
• Design fire protection systems appropriate to workplace risks.
• Evaluate fire protection system concepts and performance.
• Lead fire response teams before assistance from authorised external agencies arrives.
• Develop workplace fire prevention and response programmes.
• Propose budgets, equipment, and facilities required for workplace fire response to company management.
• Identify and report workplace fire hazards.
• Support initial emergency control actions in accordance with workplace procedures.
• Direct safe evacuation of people and/or materials.
• Coordinate with internal personnel and relevant external authorities.
• Secure the fire scene in accordance with workplace procedures.
• Conduct internal fire audits and provide technical recommendations for fire risk control.

• Indonesian citizen.
• Valid Firefighter Level D and Level C certificates.
• Minimum Diploma III or Bachelor’s degree, or senior high school qualification subject to programme and authority requirements.
• Recent photograph with a red background.
• Valid medical certificate.
• Employment verification letter.
• Copy of Indonesian Identity Card (KTP).

Participants who successfully complete the programme and satisfy all competency requirements will receive:

• PT Samson Tiara Fire Response Unit Coordinator / Firefighter Level B Certificate.
• PT Samson Tiara Fire Safety Specialist / Firefighter Level A Certificate.
• Official Kemnaker RI Certificate and Licence.
• Training Qualification Card.
