Overview
First Aid Level 3 is a PT Samson Tiara certified advanced first aid course designed to provide extensive training for individuals who may need to respond to more severe and complex medical emergencies. This three-day course includes the content of First Aid Level 1 / Basic First Aid and First Aid Level 2, then adds advanced first aid techniques and broader medical emergency management topics.
The course is suitable for participants who require the highest level of first-aider knowledge and practical skills within this training pathway, without needing to complete Level 1 or Level 2 separately before attending. Training covers the role of the first aider, CPR, airway management, choking, recovery position, bleeding and wounds, sprains and strains, burns, shock, fainting, unconsciousness, dislocations, fractures, head and spinal injuries, poisoning, stings and bites, heat stress, hypothermia, eye injuries, general medical emergencies, simulations, and written and practical assessment.
Additional medical emergency topics include recognition and management of anaphylactic shock, angina pectoris, heart attacks, strokes, diabetes, asthma, and seizures. The course is designed to help delegates assess emergency situations, apply appropriate first aid responses within the scope of the training, and support effective reporting, recording, and hygiene practices.

Course Delivery
The course is delivered over 3 days through full face-to-face training. Training is available at PT Samson Tiara’s Cilegon training facility or as an in-house programme.
Training includes classroom instruction, practical exercises, simulations using first-aid equipment, and written and practical assessment.

Prerequisites
Delegates must provide a valid medical certificate from a doctor or clinic.
Assessment
Delegates are required to complete the written and practical assessment and meet the required performance standards in order to receive certification.
